Summary

DevPath works primarily offline and does not require an account. Learning progress remains on the device. To offer and validate DevPath Pro, Google Play and RevenueCat process the technical and purchase information described below.

Data stored (only on your device)

Your progress —completed lessons and exercises, XP, streak, code drafts and preferences— is stored only in your device's local storage and is never sent to any server of ours. If you have Android backup enabled, the system may back this data up to YOUR own Google Drive to restore it on reinstall or a new phone: it's your copy, not ours.

In-app purchases

DevPath Pro is offered through monthly or yearly subscriptions and a one-time payment option. Google Play processes payments; DevPath does not receive or store card numbers or banking details. RevenueCat validates purchases and maintains the Pro entitlement. For this purpose it processes an anonymous user identifier generated by the SDK, basic device and app technical information, purchase token and history, subscription status, and the last time the app contacted the service. This data is used for app functionality, fraud prevention, purchase restoration, and revenue metrics, not advertising.

Service providers

Google Play provides app distribution and billing (policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy). RevenueCat provides purchase validation and entitlement management (policy: https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy/). These providers may process data in other countries under their policies and contracts.

Data we do NOT collect

DevPath does not request your name, email, precise location, contacts, or advertising identifiers. We do not use ads, advertising profiles, or in-app behavioral analytics. We do not sell personal data.

Permissions

The app uses the billing permission (for Google Play purchases), vibration (haptic feedback) and notifications (an optional daily reminder you enable). Only for the app's own features.

Your controls

You can erase all your progress from Profile → «Erase all progress», export or import it as a file, or uninstall the app.

This website

This website uses cookieless analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) that measures visits in aggregate and collects no personal data.
